“Not being properly maintained. An elevator button in the lobby was not working, with a paper sign on it. Water was constantly dripping from something in the exterior ceiling onto the concrete where you exit the lobby to the rear parking lot. There was a tear in the wallpaper in our bathroom and a chip in the tub. When we tried to check in at the front desk, nobody was there, simply a sign saying someone would eventually return. “the staff is very nice, this review is not about them. I cannot recommend staying here. This was our second time and i don’t know what happened but the hotel is in decline. the exterior doors to front are broken, the back side door doesn’t close or has a rock in it to let anyone in- so it’s not secure, anyone can get into hotel. So keep your doors fully locked. The first room was moldy and mildew with a wet carpet- they said we couldn’t switch as no other rooms- I looked for other……

“The staff at the hotel where exceptionally great we had troubles on our trip up there and it was like 4 am when we finally got checked in was a wonderful experience checking in and the next morning when we checked out he called me by my first name and thanked us for staying with them if i am ever back in that area i will definitely stay jere again”

“Room smelled of mold and smoke. Gave an elderly couple an upstairs room with pets. Was not able to regulate the heat in the room. We left after 1 day, owner was unresponsive. Would not recommend.”
